Daily spiritual practice is an essential piece of your Self Care. But we often get bogged down in the worry that we aren't doing it quite right or thoughts of "I don't have the right cushion/space/incense, I'll do it later" or "my mind keeps wandering, why doesn't this feel more 'spiritual'?" Giving yourself a break and releasing the "shoulds" can be hard.
